This was my FIRST massage experience. I'll admit that I had no idea what the York House was or what to expect when I arrived. I certainly didn't expect a senior citizen center (housing). Nevertheless, I navigated my way to Hands In Motion on the 2nd floor where I was greeted by Deb and made to feel very much at home. I had purchased the one hour deep tissue and it turned out to be an excellent experience. am one who gets a massage at least once a month. I took my mother with me and
she agrees. These ladies have an amazing talent! My mother and I walked out of
there and couldn't stop talking about how amazing they were.The whole experience
was as professional as it can get from the moment we walked into the cozy little
room through the moment we walked out the door. This is the way any professional
massage should be but the only one I've ever experienced to be exactly on point!

Debbie is nationally a certified professional massage therapist. She is not a fly by night trying to make a quick buck kinda individual. The moment you walk in you can immediately sense the level of pride and eagerness to please. Debbie's therapeutic touch has made a big difference for me in my daily office stresses not to mention when I try to get a little work out in it makes a big difference. If it wasn't for Debbie's sessions, I would for sure have had to be placed on some type of medications due to my weight problem. When I leave Debbie, after a session, I am in such a state of bliss that all I want to do is curl up in front of the tv and watch a nice movie and just relax and veg out. The most interesting thing I have discovered so far is how well my digestive system works after seeing Debbie which usually lasts for about a week. I am constantly telling everyone about Debbie and hope that everyone one day will know what its like to get a certified massage that rivals acupuncture results.
